Turning Assets into Cash in 90 Days or Less
People don't talk about it a lot. But finding the right auction company can be the difference between a happy, stress-free selling experience, and an unhappy, stressful nightmare.
First, you'll want a Company ready and able to make a full-time commitment to you. I can and will do that.
Second, if your interest is liquidating real estate, you are going to want an Auctioneer who is a Real Estate Broker, not a Realtor who thinks they can help you sell your house. Wouldn't it be nice if your Auctioneer has also developed real estate projects in the past?
Third, when you are liquidating assets, you need an organization whose well-rounded Principal has had in excess of FORTY years of Auctioneering experience. This experience spills over into every aspect of the company; from the employment of competent staff, to the key placement of advertisement that will allow you to realize the most bang for your buck, to the experience of selling heavy and industrial equipment, machine shops, automotive shops, boats, cars, antiques, restaurant equipment, and so much more.
Finally, your Auction Services Provider needs to be just the right size to provide you with the right amount of service and coverage. You need not employ an organization that is so large that your one auction is supporting an enormous amount of overhead which you do not need nor will receive!
